Growing up I loved eating fruits and when I did I felt so refreshed and replenished. I want that feeling back. I don't want to feel tired and groggy. While researching Fruitarianism it's proven to make you feel more awake, refreshed and healthy.
My decision to begin this diet wasn't an easy one because like all meat eaters I'm accustomed to chicken and bacon (I looooove bacon) but I'm going to sadly be giving that up. My original plan is to start off my diet 6 days out of the week and count the 7th day as a "cheat day." As I stick to this diet I want to essentially cut out the cheat day completely but I can't do this cold turkey.
This blog is to document my progress. I'll also be doing video vlogs on my youtube channel as well.
